Exploring the Original Los Angeles Zoo.
The park was founded in 1912, and housed at Griffith Park.
The interiors of all the ruins are covered in graffiti art.  It was awesome to check it all out.
Best of it all.  It is a free landmark to explore around.
I am guessing this was one of the monkey cages.
Here is a back door where zookeepers would throw food into the animals cages.
A reverse shot looking up from inside the cage.
A little reverse focus. It is lots of fun maneuvering through these walls.
Part of the reason why they abandoned this Zoo was because of how small the cages were in contrary to the animals. As you can see, even the lion cages weren't that large.
My Little Monkey.
I had a blast exploring this place.
